I ordered and paid for our Lincoln Liberty Safe on July 31, 2024. I received and had it installed on September 18, 2024. The time of receiving it was within Liberty's estimated time and was deeply appreciated. Although I am still awaiting some touch-up paint for a small damaged area at the base of our safe, the Lincoln 's overall appearance and functionality is, so far, superb.
The overall experience of ordering and finally receiving our safe I would classify as " five star". Although not perfect, some things I would suggest for Liberty Safe are, 1.) since some of your safes are produced after ordering (like our Lincoln), keep the customer advised of the progress of the safe and the anticipated shipment date. 2) make sure the customer service contacts (email or phone) are prompt and that the response answers the customers question or comment.
One last thing, I want to commend an employee who assisted me in the ordering of our safe. When my attempt to order and pay for our safe failed multiple times on Liberty's website, I was contacted by phone and walked through the ordering and payment process by a person named "Kyle". Liberty's payment process failed multiple times (7) to take my payment even when I worked with "Kyle". He worked with me for almost an hour over the phone to complete this purchase.
