I have 2 of the older units. They work great. Alerts me by email and text whenever it senses movement, door open, door closed, temperature or humidity out of my set range. No monitoring fees.

It also irritates me that there was no mention on your web site that there is 29.95 monthly subscription for it to work. I bought it to replace the prior version that died after over 5 years with no subscription.
Hi Joe, we're sorry about the confusion here. There is not a monthly charge to monitor your safe. Within the app there are In-App Purchases that you can do, but those are only required if you're using the app along with other SecuRam locks such as if you change the lock on your front door with a SecuRam lock. But if you are only wanting to monitor your safe, there is not a fee for that. I would suggest canceling the subscription you purchased and ask for a refund. I hope this helps.
I recently ordered this product through the Liberty Safe website. I was preparing to install this device and find out it has been discontinued. I installed the App on my cell phone but it does not work. Why would this company sell a product that has been discontinued??
