IN-STOCK AND OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS In most cases, your safe (or one similar to it) will be in-stock at your local dealership. If the safe is OUT-OF-STOCK, the dealer will add it to their next shipment at no additional fee (special orders are usually shipped within 8-10 weeks). If you request your order be expedited, a special handling and shipping service charge of $500 will apply.
SAFE DELIVERY FEES - Delivery fees vary based on distance from the dealer, size/weight of the safe purchased and the delivery option selected at checkout. The delivery fee will fall with in this range based on the information above, $350 - $775.
CURBSIDE DROP OFF is limited to delivery of safe to curbside of residence or business typically within 25 miles of dealership (after 25 miles, a per mile fee is charged). Safe pallet is not removed during curbside delivery. IN HOME - MAIN FLOOR installation is limited to typical first-floor access involving 0 to 4 outside steps within predetermined local zones. A flat level concrete or paved pathway is required. Customer is responsible for ensuring the pathway, deck, steps, staircase and foundation is adequate to support the weight of the safe, safe transporting equipment and installation crew. Certain stairways, marble floors, or other obstacles may involve additional charges. Pallet is removed from safe during main floor and stair carry deliveries. STAIR CARRY - CUSTOM installation Upstairs or Downstairs includes 5-15 additional steps inside the home. Due to size and weight, stair carry is not available on 40 and 50 SIZE MODELS. In some cases, even the 25 and 35 size safes cannot be delivered due to landing space restrictions, stair case structure, and the spacing required for the safe and stair climbing equipment attached to the safe. Some dealers can visit the site and review the delivery route before confirming the safe can be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: Certain delivery circumstances may require additional fees beyond standard shipping rates. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Difficult delivery conditions such as uneven or restrictive terrain;

Stairways, second-floor or multi-floor installations;

Delicate or specialty flooring surfaces (e.g., marble, tile, hardwood);

Any other conditions that materially increase the time, labor, or equipment required to complete the delivery.
In addition, the customer is responsible for all ancillary access costs incurred in the course of delivery. This includes, without limitation, tolls, ferry charges, bridge fees, neighborhood or HOA entry fees, or any other mandatory access-related charges assessed by third parties.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such additional charges may be applied as necessary to complete safe and lawful delivery.
ย We reserve the right to decline installations and or delivery involving risk of personal injury or property damage. Property title of merchandise purchased will transfer to buyer at dealer's location. Delivery charges and options may vary by dealer.
