Review the warranty that came with your safe before submitting a claim. If your issue is covered, contact our Customer Service team at (800) 247-5625 (press 4). Please have your safe's serial number and proof of ownership available if your warranty has not been registered.

Warranty repairs must be pre-authorized by Liberty Safe before any work is performed. To request service, contact our Customer Service team at (800) 247-5625. Your safe is not waterproof. If it has been exposed to fire or water, open it as soon as possible and remove any contents. Firearms should be cleaned and lubricated immediately. Do not continue using a safe that has been compromised by fire or water.

Insurance coverage

Insurance coverage

Liberty Safe does not insure the contents of your safe. We recommend carrying adequate insurance coverage for your valuables, as many homeowners policies require additional riders for firearms, jewelry, coins, and collectibles. Contact your insurance provider to discuss coverage options, available discounts, and the claims process.
